Thursday’s run re-cap:
Walked 1/4, Ran 1/2, Walked 1/4, Ran 1/2, Walked 1/4.
You should understand that by “ran” I mean jogged at 5.2 miles per hour.
I can already tell that time will be of the essence on my lunch break. Stretching will be by new friend. Will try and look for a real training schedule to get me to 10 miles by December 2008.
