I am no Forest Gump.
Ran/Walked Mon, Tue and Thursday. Monday and Tuesday were horrible. Walked and Ran 1/4′s for a total of 1.5 each day. No iPod and that mattered.
Thursday was good. Ran 1/2, walked 1/4, Ran 1/2, walked 1/4, Ran (at 6.5) for 1/4, then walked 1/4. A total of 2.0 miles. Saturday I will do as much as possible at one time. My goal is jogging/running 3.0. I will keep you updated.

This was posted on Monday. Did you run on Saturday or will that be this Saturday. If you did not run just remember these things when preparing to run. BREATH, Drink a little, STRETCH, and BREATH. Not always in that order.
