Thursday was a good run. Two miles. 10:30 pace. Very happy with that. I finished strong..running at a sub 10:00 pace.

I have been haunted…not literally…but daunted..or vaunted by Saturday runs. The last couple of attempts have been horrific. So tomorrow…God willing and if the creek don’t rise (my dad always said that)…I will run on the road here in the neighborhood. My plan is 2.75 on the road. 32 minutes is the goal. We will see.

I will try to get an update on here tomorrow night.

Good news..Ebear..link at right..will be running with me on Monday. My pace will more of a quick walk for his 6’2″ frame. But he will be there with me. Thanks man.
