Thursday I ran. But I had to walk a mile to the YMCA and walk a mile back. Add changing, running and showering, dressing and getting back to work in 59 minutes, I was only able to run a mile. I did run it sub 11 minutes. My goal is to work on my two mile time at lunch. Most days I drive and can get 2 - 2.5 miles in on the treadmill.
Today I ran in the neighborhood. I did my 2.7 mile loop here. My pace ended up being 11:45 per mile. I hope change that run up to a longer run for my Saturday’s. Perhaps start increasing it by .5 or so each week. Not sure yet. Next week I am camping and I may have to wait until Sunday night to do my long run.

Bryan - awesome job keeping up with the running. Keep your eyes on the prize (and the Jeep may not be the real prize you win!).
We can run Sunday morning. We are a stone’s throw from the bike trail. It is a simple out and back so anyone can go any distance they like and be back in plenty of time for breakfast.
