Of course my running revolves around my 10 year old's cross counrty training not marathons or mini's. Our big distances are four and five mile's, we ususally are under three and moving quickly. As Joe put it, this "usually leads to getting winded." Thank God and Walgreens for my inhaler.

For sprint work/intervals (do you do any sprint work?) try Rodrigo y Gabriela. Some are spot on, but some make me run slow and others are just a hair faster than my body wants to go - usually leads to getting winded. Thanks for the insight and inspiration! Can't wait to see the Jeep.

Nice mix of Jars and Jimmy. I always struggle to find the right tunes to run to.
