I don’t do new year’s resolutions. But if I did, beating my 1/2 marathon time would be my first. So, I am announcing today that I will be running the 1/2 marathon in Cincinnati on May 3. Training starts January 12. Looks like I can do most runs inside on the treadmill until mid February. I can’t really enjoy a 5+ mile run on the treadmill. My goal is to shed 6.5 minutes off my time. I would really like a sub 2:30 race. Shaving 7 minutes off my Columbus 1/2 marathon time.
I’ll keep you posted.

Still plugging along. Slow and not so steady. Will post more on the progress soon.
