Hi y’all. This weekend the Suddith’s will celebrate their 4th (almost annual) Mardi Gras here at the house. We invite 6-8 couples and hope they all don’t show up. We have a small house, looks like everyone is coming tonight. It will be crowded but that will be great. Good friends, great food and awesome music by the Mamou Playboys, Feufollet and Buckwheat Zydeco. Great music all around. I have been tweaking a new Cajun/Creole/Zydeco Pandora station just for tonight.

The menu:
Boiled Crawfish with baby red potatoes, garlic, onions and corn on the cob.
Shrimp, Sausage and Chicken Jambalaya
Dirty Rice
Boiled shrimps
Cajun crab cakes
King Cake
Pralines
There may be an attempt at some Beignets from a friend.
