Turkey Trot

fatherhood and 5k’s

Today, Caleb, my oldest at age 8, and I ran the Springboro YMCA 5k. Funny enough, he was the youngest runner and I was the largest runner. He did great. His first mile was a sub 10 minute miler. Then he had two consecutive 11 mile runs. He had a great final time of 32:13. [...]

NYC
